How to Implement the New Elections Reform Law – Including Examples of How To Handle Elections in the Future for Board Members and Amending Governing Documents.

At this meeting we will talk about what your association needs to know to conduct elections on the various topics covered by the new law, and will also walk through practical application to an election for directors and an election to amend governing documents.

As time permits, we may also discuss the new association records disclosure law effective July 1.
