A recent article in the paper discussed the merits of building very small condo projects in Santa Barbara (less than 8 units). We receive many inquiries from small associations about how difficult they are to operate and manage and where infomation can be obtained to do so. Our opinion detailed the intense government scrutiny prior to approval and the lack of support once the project is built.
