Our May newsletter will be mailed on Tuesday, May 31 (Just in time!) A special edition June newsletter featuring articles on lease limitations and dealing with absentee owners will be sent in late June. We are planning a fall meeting on implementing the new reserve fund/component disclosure form and other financial issues. Watch for the date/time.
